Shipping & Returns
Prescott Studio is pleased to offer free shipping of all prints via USPS First class or Priority Mail, usually shipped in a tube. For an additional fee you may also have your print shipped flat.

If contacted within 30 days of the original order date, we will either replace or refund any print or product that is deemed unsatisfactory by the customer. And if we can’t make it right we want you to still feel that you were at least dealing with a reputable company that puts you, the customer first.

Damaged items must be reported within 30 days of order date to quality for a full replacement. Contact us to initiate the process.
If an item damaged during shipment, contact Prescott Studio within a week of receiving your damaged print so that we can make the appropriate arrangements to have the damaged items refunded or replaced. To expedite the process please take some photos of the outer packaging, damaged prints/products so that you can provide them to customer service representative.
